Right of withdrawal
CANTONE & C. s.a.s. recognizes the right of withdrawal as required by current legislation (Legislative Decree No. 185/99). The deadline for exercising this right is 7 days within which the Customer is required to notify us:

N.B. PRODUCTS EXPRESSLY MADE AT THE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST FOR SIZE, FIT AND SHAPE, CANNOT BE RETURNED, REFUNDED OR REPLACED. ONLY SOME PARTS (ARTS) WILL BE REPLACED ONLY IN CASE OF DAMAGE TO THE SAME.

THEREFORE NO MONEY WILL BE RETURNED


This right allows the Customer to choose between the following possibilities:

purchase voucher that must be spent within 4 months of its generation, under penalty of forfeiture of the credit
replacement of the goods


The only costs charged to the customer are those relating to the return of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary that:

the Customer expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner described above
the purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...)
the product is returned within the times and in the manner described above. The delivery costs are charged to the customer.

Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.

Product deliveries
Delivery Places
CANTONE & C. s.a.s. delivers its products within the Italian National Territory, in the Republic of San Marino, in the Vatican City, in all countries of the European Union, in Switzerland and in all other countries of the world.

Delivery times and methods
Based on the product chosen, CANTONE & C. s.a.s. reserves a number of working days indicated in the data sheet of each individual product for the retrieval of the goods or the creation of the product itself (in the event that it is not in the warehouse), the packaging, and the completion of the necessary administrative procedures.
The time taken by the courier for delivery must then be added to these days. Times and methods vary depending on the courier that will be used.


Note: Shipping costs include ONLY THE COSTS FOR SHIPPING AND PACKAGING, any insurance costs if provided by the courier (MAILBOXES) or customs charges are to be considered separately, and must be requested at the time of purchase. Christmas and Easter holidays, small delays in the delivery of shipments may occur, due to couriers and not dependent on Cantone s.a.s.

How to behave upon delivery of the product
When the courier will make the delivery you will need to check:
That the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case conforms to the standard characteristics of a package
That the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered

Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly. The invoice, contained in the package, must be kept.

What to do in case of damage due to transport
If, when unloading the goods, there is evident damage to the packaging, it is necessary to:

express a reservation or the package is accepted but before signing the document you must write "I accept with reserve right", once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, it will be possible to be compensated for the damage suffered
reject the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the package with reserve or if the damage is still visible without having to open the package
