Right of Withdrawal
CANTON & C. S.A.S. recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by Italian law (D.Lgs. n° 185/99). The deadline to exercise that right is 10 days within which you must give us notice:

The service is active from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 16.00 to 20.00. Answering service and fax active 24 hours.

This law allows the customer to choose between the following options:

• Voucher to be spent within one year of his generation; after which the credit will be revoked.
• Replacement of the goods
• Repayment. In this case customer should indicate a bank account number (IBAN code and BIC/SWIFT code) and the Account Holder, repayment consists of price of the product and the cost of the first shipment and will be made within 30 days from receipt merchandise returned.

The only cost at the customer's expense is the one related to delivery of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal is required that:

• Client expresses its willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal in the manner specified above
• The goods purchased are returned intact in original packing, complete in all parts (including any ancillary equipment and documentation: manuals, cables, etc ...)
• The product is delivered on time and in the way described above. The costs of delivery are at customer's expense.
  
  

Once the goods arrives at our warehouse will be examined to estimate any damage or tampering not caused by carriage.

CANTONE & C. S.A.S. delivers its products in Italy, in San Marino Republic, in Vatican City, in all European Union countries, Switzerland and all other countries in the world.

Timing and mode of delivery
According to the product chosen CANTONE & C. S.A.S. reserves a number of business days indicated in the schedule of each product for the retrieval of the goods or fabrication of the product itself (if it is not present in storage), packaging, and completion of necessary administrative procedures.
To this days should be added the carriage time necessary to courier to deliver the goods. Timing and methods depend on the courier that will be used.
Details of delivery time expected depending on the type of shipment selected:

What to do at delivery product
When the courier will deliver the product you should check:

• that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case similar to the standard features of a parcel.
• that the number of parcels indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered.

Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product will be deemed properly delivered. The bill, which is contained in the package, shall be retained.

What to do in case of damage due to transport
If on delivery of the goods there is an evident damaged to packing then occurs:

• expressing a reservation, that is the parcel is accepted but before signing the document you should write "I agree with the right to reserve”; in this way it will be possible after opening the package and found it damaged, be compensated for the damage suffered
• rejecting the damaged goods if it is not possible to accept the parcel with reservation or if the damage is visible also without opening the package.

Payment via Paypal circuit. This payment method allows, without making any record to Paypal to pay with major Credit Cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, etc..

Payments via bank transfer
Paying by bank transfer the goods will be dispatched only after verifying the credit on our account. This method of payment provides a discount of 5%.

Paying by postepay the goods will be dispatched only after verifying the credit on our postepay card. This method of payment provides a discount of 10% and is accepted only in Italy.
